Guidelines for RFM NewsList Messages

 

Messages to be sent to NewsList subscribers should conform to the following guidelines:

 

The messages should

 

1. Be directly related to Meeting,

 

2. Be of interest to a large portion of Meeting members and attenders,

 

3. Require timely expression (more quickly than the newsletter), and

 

4. Be approved by the NewsList moderators.

 

If you would like to receive responses from other subscribers, be sure to include your name and e-mail address in the message.

 

Subscriber List Privacy

 

The list of email addresses comprising the RFM NewsList subscribers is used only for transmission of NewsList messages. It is not shared, sold, or exchanged for any purpose.

 

Addresses are added to the list only at the request of the respective subscribers. Likewise, addresses are removed at the request of subscribers either by using the "unsubscribe" procedure or by sending a message to the moderators requesting removal.
